Once you have been using the system for a while, you will find yourself going to certain windows on a regular basis. You can set up a personalized toolbar that contains links to all of these windows for quicker access. The toolbar spans the top of the window directly beneath the main system toolbar.
To set up your personalized toolbar, go to the Window menu and click Quick Toolbar.

Now, navigate to the menu selection you want to include in your toolbar, hold down the shift key and click on the menu selection. Your selection will appear in a bar directly beneath the main toolbar. Continue in this manner until you have added all of the menu selections you want. Your Quick Toolbar will look similar to this:

The menu selections you added will be displayed alphabetically in a line across the top of the window just under the standard toolbar buttons. To move to a menu selection, just click on the button you want and that window will open.
In the Window menu, the Quick Toolbar selection acts as a toggle. If you do not want the menu to be displayed, simply open the Window menu again and click Quick Toolbar. The check mark next to the selection will disappear to indicate that it is not longer active and the menu itself will be removed from the screen. This menu will be saved and can be brought back to the screen by selecting Quick Toolbar in Window menu again.
To remove a menu selection from your Quick Toolbar, right click on the menu selection you want removed and click Delete.
Note: The Quick Toolbar is based on individual user, meaning other members of the company with access to your database will have their own Quick Toolbars if they choose to make them.
Also keep in mind that Quick Toolbars only exist for the current session. Be sure to create and manage a Quick Toolbar at the start of a long day of work for optimal use.
